MEMO 541
Due to a random chanceby my blog with nothing to do, I shall place all links in alphabetical order.

Kthnxbai. (=

YouDon'tSay
Today camp was fun. (=

Hisyam and I pieced together the skit in parts. Then we rehearsed while the others did presentation slides. Other than that I seriously didn't know what they were doing. =O

Then we rehearsed, changed 1 scenario.

Then we rehearsed, changed another scenario.

Then we rehearsed, but Hisyam didn't want to do it. =P

Ended up rehearsing in front of the whole grp, 3/4 which i didn't know. o.o Finish that time change another scenario. (=

So after tiring running here and there, we finally pulled the dumb act together. And we thought we'd own.

Well we thought, until Grp1 sorta like made everyone laugh. o.o

So nvm, after that we still did the thing. And it went quite well actually. (= Made everyone laugh and go "ohhhhh" when we said "no subsidies". And the catch phrase, "You don't say..." everyone also laughed when Hisyam said "2nd runner up" instead of 1st. Idiot. =P

Then we tried walking out the door but Hisyam push me back halfway, whoa. And it ended like we never existed. (=

So after that the presentation was like duhhh. Boring. (=

Well not that boring but everyone was so quiet. Must be cause' of the skit. =D

So after the rest of the grps went, I thought they were pretty good. Obviously better than ours, maybe. Then we just rushrush finish survey form and other crap, got reminded that we had to finish our journal things, omg. =X

Then after that the lady said something about grp2 winning. Zomg, and what's the prize? It's some gamelan fusion cd thingy. Joy! ><

And we couldn't believe it. Imean, not the part that the prize was SUPPOSED to be something else but that we won. >.> Okay I didn't say anything that suggested something...so nvm. (=

So went home and now I'm 2 lvls behind Foo, sheesh. Okay make that 1. Spec course coming, and 1st of June my net's gonna be down. Argh, you don't...say....

Come Back
Hmm, been awhile since I came to post.

Was looking around for an idea, and of course, randomness saves the day!

Stuff that happens from 7:13-7:30 in the morning:

1) Maids wash cars.
2) People jog.
3) The sun's up in the air. o.o
4) Few cars roam about since there's no school.
5) Some unlucky ppl who have to go back to school are marching back...well to school.
6) Bus stops are more often than not empty.
7) The track is full of morning joggers.
8) I realise I'm moving. Omg. o.o
9) Maids take dogs for a walk. My, that's a fast carwash. (=
10) Elderly women chat in pyjamas while walking in the middle of nowhere.
11) The bus stop at Buona Vista, unlike the rest, is chock full of people wanting to get on the free Biopolis shuttle while reading free TODAYs. =.=
12) There's no one along the junction that's supposed to be jammed by 7a.m. Nice going holidays. =.=
13) I realise I'm at school. Omg. o.o

After that, we get on the bus to Republic Polytechnic. Then I get a call from MEP teacher commanding me to "turn the bus back" cause' she didn't get on. =.= Why me.

So after turn back and turn back AGAIN we get to the poly and we register and crap. Turns out the MEP camp is 2 days of ultimate erh, I dunno how to put it. Better not say anyway. (=

And after eating packet lunches beside a canteen, watching RI dudes play chess and making a hell lot of noise trying to compose a piece for a musically blanked-out film clip, we end up outside and discuss about the final presentation. Omg there's one? ><

So we're done and I'm JUUUST about to get on the train when I get pulled to Macs where I wait until my 3 friends are done. There you go, kthnxbai. (=

Oh and I still have camp tmr. Obv. =.=

10marks
Great. It's flu season!

Today there was not much special, just went to school. Had lessons as usual, got back report book. >.> And then had more lessons. How fun right?

Then after that, I went back home, and played and studied, and still studied which is what I'm doing now. Well, in actual fact, I'm typing now, but that doesn't matter. (=

So, it's so boring. And so many people have gotten the flu. Makes you wonder whether it'll become so powerful that it wipes almost the entire human population one day, hmm...

(Monday, May 21, 2007/7:51 PM)

Luck
Is that all that matters?

Today, we had a Chinese Cultural Talk. Before that, we sorta got owned in class cause' Jack shouted for people to come play Citadels while I was laughing at the school newspaper. >.> But anyway, about the talk, not a very pleasant one I must say. As I tried to pay attention among the a thousand odd of peeps making noise, sleeping or just being total cocks. =.= As usual, someone tries to talk to me, but I ask him to shut up. Great, now a teacher comes and scolds me for talking like an avid asshole. Injustice! (=

Well anyway, after another tough whole-school scolding, I got back to class to play losing matches of Tai Tee against Jack, only to win the last one, haha. =D Then we played Citadels, and were interrupted again for the second time. This time we had to stand up because some people were playing with the tennis ball and the form about exam results was not signed. Sheer joy. -.-

So after all the signing and stuff was done, we got to stand up more and have a nice little chat on what has become of us. Bah. So then we got to sit down and I got back to the gang to play Citadels for a third time, only to get INTERRUPTED AGAIN by the Physics teacher! =D

So anyway, after class, I brought it down with Edward for Games duty day. (= Imo it's the best job ever; you get to sit in aircon with a place all to yourself, you can't get bored cause' there's always something to play, and you get to own the customers who come in, nice right? =D And I pulled in 4 customers, that's like the best for these 3, 4 odd days. xD Hah, I'd like to see your "five" people beat that, Jing Sheng. Don't worry, I have my camera ready. (=

Ergh, so late, must do maths. =d Talk tomorrow. (=

(Sunday, May 20, 2007/11:43 PM)

See
Today was pretty boring.

Well not until my dad wanted to bring us out. >.>

First, we had to get changed! Wow, no big deal right? Well it does get pretty big once your brother starts clinging onto your left arm and punching it furiously, screaming like a freak while your mother who's having a fever is suddenly jolted and awoken by all this commotion forcing you to dash into the toilet and force the door shut. Big enough?

In the end, we went walking all over novena. United Square 2 is full of korean stalls. o.o I've never seen a Korean bakery before, and how they cook all those nice walnut cakes. (=

In the end, we bought ONE pathetic loaf of bread and I had to share a burger with my brother. And everyone should know what sharing means. I got the wrapper. -.- Or at least a third of the burger, did I?

Anyway, went home and slacked till Ugly Betty. GE is pretty fun. I've seen the tv ad like 4 times. >.> But it's bad. It encourages botting! =( Or at least swarming over the spawnpoint and selecting "autoattack and autoheal mode". And then shutting the monitor and going to sleep. ><>< style="font-style: italic;">Did I write it right?
Maybe I should edit a word or two.
Hmm...

(Saturday, May 19, 2007/7:44 PM)

Melweh,
Gah, stupid FOA.

Hopped on the bus at 1, preparing for another 2 hours of misery. Well, not so misery. (= We ended up in the CPA, yeah the plush red seat place, but not on the seats, ofcourse. >.>

So as I turned to leave after a long session of staring at the music trying to make notes out, it suddenly dawned on me that...

"It's FOA, surely there are TICKETS involved aren't there?"

And true enough, I now have $80 bucks worth of tickets to sell. ><>.>

(Friday, May 18, 2007/8:46 PM)

you
Great, some wheel of fortune I am.

I must say, today wasn't really interesting. Especially not when your grades are 3,4,3,4,3,7 and whatnot. (=

Oh well, so no post today. =D

(Thursday, May 17, 2007/11:57 PM)

got
Costly mistake, i had to add one word.

I forgot, Melweh, here you go.

You are The Wheel of Fortune

Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of
intoxication with success

The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Haha, sif. =P I don't believe I'm anywhere near lucky. Or maybe I AM, just need to execute the right moves to get what I really want.

There you are,
Standing right in
Front of me.

(/7:08 PM)

tricked,
Ergh.

Today, we had normal lessons. Or so i thought. After a very long Physics lesson which didn't seem too long, Chinese was executed as per normal: with no teacher. (=

For the rest of the day it was pretty slack, and I thought we'd be having all this lessons till 2.40. But lo and behold! My memory fails me again! Dr. Lee Li Eng SotYA! XD In case you've forgotten SotYA= Speaker of the Year Award. =P

So well, it wasn't what I was expecting...again. The Chief Judge's opening speech took almost an hour. I mean, it has it's meaning, and obviously I can talk way over that. =P But if it takes longer than all the students' speeches combined...doh -.-

So after the nice long speech and the finalists' speeches, we had 3 acts up. But sadly, this is where the very long speech took effect. I mean, if you had 2 and a half hours for this event it would be rather long right? Surely there's something you could do to waste time...

Turns out there was. And it wasted too much time. =P At the end of the drama performance by CPAC it was 2:35. So the Chief Judge came up and gave ANOTHER SPEECH, but this I can understand cause' he had to go through everyone of the finalists. (=

Well obviously some people couldn't and it was getting late. After a hasty rushoff by Dr. Lee Li Eng, the ppl on stage took one more photo and off we went, in the NEW SYSTEM manner. ><

Oh well, I guess there's really nothing better to do these days. Chief Judge, I'll rmb your speech even though i don't understand half of it. =D

(Wednesday, May 16, 2007/11:20 PM)

haha. (=
Dumbstruck by inspiration.

I know how to write it out now.

We finished V for Vendetta today. Here I learn that government is strict to a certain extent over rating films (very NEUTRAL view. =D) During the film the gore didn't really matter. What mattered was the lesson behind how ideas and words can lead to such willpower. It's not willpower, it's just not letting the effort go to waste.

DISCLAIMER: A Brain-Heavy Passage follows, if you're the kind who can't bear reading this, don't.

Just imagine.

If you were working on something that has taken your whole life so far, or at least a huge part of it. Let's say 20, 30 years. You're still busy working on that subject and you've slowly made progress year by year; each discovery more and more fascinating.

But say on the 31st year. You're on the brink on finishing that great discovery, and once you've done it all, you sit back, think through all the toil and turmoil you've gone through to get this result, and then someone breaks in and tries to steal/destroy your work. What do you do?

Obviously if something has been dedicated to for a very long time, the bond formed is very very strong. Therefore, should anything try to get in the way, it would not be so easy parting the 2. They are like big strong magnets stuck with cement, or some strong adhesive. Too much bonds also lead to sort of an addiction or craving to do more about the subject, like the pedophile of a bishop. >.> But that's what it is.

So when you have something so dear taken from you, you can react and defy normal laws of humanity, you can behave like a superhuman. Therefore, this is why Evey calls V "my mother". There's of course the OBVIOUS interpretation but there's always something a producer overlooks and therefore I fill the blanks in.

Evey also calls V "my father". This is because V was the one who actually executed of the idea of having a revolution. Sure, there'd be a million people wanting to kill the High Chancellor just like him, but he was the only one who stood up and wanted to do something about him. Therefore he leads the people from their fear of standing up against the government. And how he does it is very smart. He could even be considered a political dictator. Therefore, Evey mentions him as "my father" as her father and mother, like V, stood up against the government. And although they failed, what mattered was they stood up.

And oh, what a pity I can't be bothered to do the rest of this. xD Oh well, maybe tmr I guess, but by then I'd have moved on with something else. ^^

If the right person,
At the right time,
Were to read the message,
Backwards in chronological order;

Then that person would realize,
The message I'm portraying.
Will it be just luck or chance,
Or will hard work and ideas make it all come true?

(Tuesday, May 15, 2007/10:30 PM)

Nod
Weird.

There's all these people saying their bloggers don't work. Mine looks perfect. Perhaps I'm one of the lucky few who didn't kena any bug. (=

Well anyway.

Today, lessons went on as normal until 2.00, when we went to the old audi for some arts education talk which ended up to be some sorta MEP session teaching us about musicals and dance. Great...-.- And no, there's no sleeping allowed. Lucky it's not that boring, imagine what'd happen at police talk. I can see 1/2 the audi in dreamland "talking with the police" as quoted. >.>

Oh well, other than that, went to talk with Mr Yap about the "Jack-and-the-DorkTower(tm)" situation. He said $5 a day. o.o Too bad then Jack.

And other than that, hmm well... just went home and WoWed till maintainence. Edward and I had nothing to do so we played some other version of Gunbound and I ended up owning him plus getting 1 dragon and 1 knight. Wow, I wasn't expecting that. =D

Oh well...time to go to bed, or just wait awhile for the background downloader to move abit more. Bleh, results...

Waltz
by Suneohair

Looking through closed eyelids
At a pastel patterened future
Persuing scattered codes
Pulling up facial expressions

Hey, what was it you were searching for
That was, yeah.. when was that
We met while we were fighting against gravity

It was like a waltz, mysterious
Like a whispering at the criss-crossing of sunbeams
While they spun around as if waltzing

All their thoughts were beyond warm
The spit out landscape has ben
Smoldering for over half a year
Bring light to the image

What was it you lost
But still it's ok
Our gravity allows us to seek the comparisons
That was like a waltz, beautiful
While listening to some muttered chirps
It was like a waltz as those two
Were expressing something

It was like a waltz, mysterious
Like a whispering at the criss-crossing of sunbeams
While they spun around as if waltzing

Ah,
Reality is playing dumb as we repaint it in primary colors
I'll bring it closer to you
From there let's continue dancing
A waltz just for us
They were expressing something

It was like a waltz, mysterious
Like a whispering at the criss-crossing of sunbeams
While they spun around as if waltzing

It all just ends with a dance doesn't it?

(Sunday, May 13, 2007/11:38 AM)

Lost
I can't be bothered to post for now, because to me the exam is not over yet.

I'll save your life...again.

(Thursday, May 10, 2007/10:05 PM)

Yes, I'm really that useless.

I can't get anywhere without you.

Need you to find me,
Need you to hold me.

Need you to cry.
But it'll all end happy somehow.

Just somehow...

(Tuesday, May 08, 2007/9:20 PM)

Ah, sigh...amaths. =/

Results look good, but they're gonna go wrong long-term.

(Monday, May 07, 2007/11:24 AM)

I didn't think that I'd done something so horrible.

(Thursday, May 03, 2007/8:27 PM)

Everything's boiling down to you.

(Wednesday, May 02, 2007/7:14 PM)

SheAnswers
Emaths tmr.

Time to put on that mugging hat.

I wish we could just keep it like this,
But everything will move eventually.

But for now,
Let's just stay like this.

Please?

(Tuesday, May 01, 2007/11:41 AM)

Really
I've got no one,
Do I?

If you think too hard,
It won't do much good.

Someone to lean on,
Help the load.

I've only got 1 person in mind,
But I can't bear to.

Can't bear to what?
There's always a time we're wandering about.

Just think about,
Something else, or maybe try to save yourself.

Because we all need someone to depend on,
And that someone also need someone to depend on.

And the cycle keeps going,
It's a never ending circle.

And then the brainwave hit me.
